Thank you for this wonderfully clear analysis.

What passes for objective information by the news media is yet another reason to raise our children to think for themselves. In our family we have lively conversations about current events, often inspiring us to look back at history or find ever more detailed sources to augment our understanding. And yes, also to back up our opinions because around our dinner table impassioned discussions thrive on facts. Guess that's not easy to portray on TV news!
